本人从事的主要研究方向的特点、意义及其水平:

国际木材科学院院士,江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第二层次培养对象,国家科技进步奖、国家技术发明奖评审专家。1989年毕业于南京林业大学制浆造纸工程专业,1998年获南京林业大学林产化学加工工程博士学位。先后前往东京农工大学、美国北卡罗莱纳州立大学、东京大学等学习进修或合作研究。近5年主持或参与973计划、国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金等部省级以上科研项目9项,发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI一区论文20余篇,授权国内外发明专利5件,获部省级科技进步一等奖和二等奖各1项。主要从事生物质资源高效转化及制浆造纸工程等领域的基础研究和技术开发工作,具体内容包括:
(1)木质纤维原料组分高效分离与化学构造研究。采用新型溶剂体系对木质纤维生物质进行预处理,实现纤维原料组分的高效清洁分离,对木质素、高聚糖等细胞壁组分结构的精准解译,以及组分的高附加值利用,均具有重要科学意义。
(2)木质纤维原料高效生物转化的预处理技术研究。借鉴化学制浆的途径对纤维原料进行适当预处理,通过脱除部分木质素或半纤维素,可有效提高后续高聚糖的酶水解糖化效率,原料高聚糖的综合转化率可达80%。
(3)制浆造纸清洁生产及污染控制。对制浆生产过程中排放的废液化学组成、特性及其利用进行了系统深入的研究,研制开发了木质素控释肥、可降解木质素固沙材料等产品,并利用于工业生。
(4)纳米纤维素及功能纤维素材料研究。以纤维素为基底或骨架,通过分子修饰或结构设计,构筑各类纤维素基功能高分子材料;纳米纤维素制备及其在水凝胶、气凝胶、超疏水及仿生材料上的应用。
(5)生物大分子间的相互作用及其对木质纤维素生物转化的影响。借助AFM(原子力显微镜)、QCM(石英晶体微分析天平)、NMR(核磁共振)等分析手段,精确研究纤维素酶等外源生物大分子与木质素、纤维素等生物大分子的相互作用,解译其对生物转化的影响与作用机制。
