本人从事的主要研究方向的特点、意义及其水平:

本人研究涉及到生物化工、发酵工程及食品科学与工程几个专业,主要利用这几个专业的相关技术手段进行经济林产品生物加工与食品开发,具体涉及到:

1) 经济林产品生物加工用生物催化剂的发现、基因挖掘和功能鉴定;

2) 林源生物活性成分生物催化转化加工、修饰;

3)林源功能性食品因子挖掘及其食品开发。
